Shaurie has particular expertise with trauma, domestic violence, and the life transitions — loss and adjustment — that often accompany them. She works with kids, teens, and adults alike.
How Shaurie works
For older clients she draws on EMDR, CBT, and DBT within a trauma-informed approach; with children, play therapy gives kids a way to work through things they don't yet have words for. Her crisis-intervention training means she's steady in the hardest moments.
She offers in-person sessions in Bountiful and telehealth across Utah and Idaho.
