Heather holds an M.S. in Psychology with a neuropsychology research background. Much of her focus is on ADHD, autism, developmental disabilities, PANDAS/PANS, and trauma recovery.
How Heather works
She blends mindfulness and CBT with EMDR/ART and ILF neurofeedback, meeting each client where their nervous system actually is rather than forcing a single method. Her clinical work is grounded in her own experience raising three children with very different needs.
She offers in-person sessions in Bountiful and telehealth across Utah and Idaho.

A little about Heather
Has raised three children — one with spina bifida, one on the autism spectrum, and one with PANDAS/PANS. Loves yoga, gardening, hiking, and paddleboarding, and grew up in southern California.
