Rising Minds is dedicated to assisting people in resolving mental health challenges and improving the quality of life by utilizing research driven solutions, and evidence based therapy techniques.

We prioritize respect for individual values and beliefs. We recognize that everyone is unique and has their own perspectives and priorities, and we do not push our clients to change their values or beliefs. Instead, we work collaboratively with our clients to understand their situations and goals and to tailor our approach to fit their individual needs and preferences.

neurofeedback

ILF Neurofeedback is a non-invasive treatment that helps your brain become stronger, more regulated, and more resilient.  

EMDR/ART

EMDR and ART use Eye Movement or other forms of bilateral stimulation to treat trauma. Both are research based and effective. 

CBT

CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and situations to help find ways to reduce negative feelings.

DBT

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is especially effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions.
