Specialties: Managing ADHD, stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, couples' problems.

Therapeutic Approaches: Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Gottman Method and EFT for couples. EMDR/ART trained.

Briana can see clients local to the Bountiful area or from surrounding areas in Davis County, or nearby Salt Lake City. Briana also offers telehealth visits anywhere in Utah or Idaho.

Fun Facts: I have an adorable dog that is so cute and sweet!
